Below Grade

Below grade is done on any foundation wall that will be backfilled upon completion and is below ground level. This prevents water from seeping through the below grade wall. Below grade waterproofing can be applied to existing or green concrete between the slab on plaza decks, parking decks and roof terraces. Other common below grade would be landscape areas such as planter boxes and retaining walls.
